Requirements

1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travelling date (with enough blank pages for visa).
2. For Non-Canadian citizens, please provide clear copies of the front and back of the Permanent Resident Card (PRC).
3. 3 recent passport-size photos - White background with your name signature on the back of the photos.
4. Visa Application please fill-out in INK, one application per person.
5. Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis (Groups ACYW-135) vaccine. Vaccination is valid for 3 years.
6. If you are not carrying a Muslem name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Muslem is required.
7.

Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
8. Two bank drafts for each person (original and copy). First draft for 594 Saudi Riyals, the second for 435 Saudi Riyals, payable to "UNIFIED AGENTS OFFICE IN JEDDAH"
  For Women Traveling for Hajj:

Married woman who is traveling WITH HER HUSBAND must provide proof of their marriage by way of one of the following:

  1. Marriage Certificate  (Original & Copy)

When it is difficult to obtain an original Marriage Certificate, and you are over 45 years of age, you must present the following documents:

  1. A letter STAMPED and SEALED from a listed Muslim Association, and NOTORIZED by a Notary Public, confirming the marriage with the signature of TWO witnesses.  Each witness must provide a copy of their passport or drivers licence that shows their signature.
  2. PLUS ONE of the following documents:
    1. Any old passport that indicates the name of the other spouse
    2. A copy of the Landed Immigrant document that indicates the name of the other spouse
    3. A birth certificate of a child that indicates the name of the mother and father.

Married woman who is traveling WITHOUT HER HUSBAND but WITH A LEGAL MAHRAM must provide the following:

  1. A letter of no objection from her husband allowing her to accompany a legal mahram (son, brother, father, etc.) from the family.  The letter must be signed and stamped by a NOTARY (lawyer).  The letter must include the name of the mahram with whom she is traveling and their relationship.
  2. PLUS document(s) showing proof of relationship of the woman with the mahram with whom she is traveling.

Woman who is SINGLE, DIVORCED OR WIDOWED and traveling WITH A LEGAL MAHRAM must provide the following:

  1. A letter of no objection from her closest male relative, indicating his relationship with her, and allowing her to accompany a legal mahram (son, brother, father, etc.) from the family.  The letter must be signed and stamped by a NOTARY (lawyer).  The letter must include the name of the mahram with whom she is traveling and their relationship.
  2. For woman who is DIVORCED or WIDOWED, proof of MARITAL STATUS such as DIVORCE CERTIFICATE or DEATH CERTIFICATE is also required.
  3. PLUS document(s) showing proof of relationship of the woman with the mahram with whom she is traveling.

Woman OVER 45 who is travelling WITHOUT A MAHRAM MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. For SINGLE, DIVORCED or WIDOWED woman, a letter from her closest male relative (mahram), indicating his relationship with her, and giving her permission to travel for Hajj with Classy Travel Hajj Group.  The letter must be signed and stamped by a NOTARY (lawyer) and must attest to the relationship indicated in the letter.
  2. For a MARRIED woman, a letter from her husband allowing her permission to travel for Hajj with Classy Travel Hajj Group.  The letter must be signed and stamped by a NOTARY (lawyer) and must attest to the relationship indicated in the letter.  In addition, you must attach the marriage certificate as proof of relationship.
  3. For woman who is DIVORCED or WIDOWED, proof of MARITAL STATUS such as DIVORCE CERTIFICATE or DEATH CERTIFICATE is also required.
